My passion to spread the word about toxins and GMO's began when I was introduced to essential oils. It was shortly after that I learned about all of the toxic chemicals in our food, water, and environment. I realized that we are being bombarded from EVERY angle. We're literally being poisoned by the personal care and beauty products we use every day, not to mention the cleaning products and food we eat. This has led me down a path to desire self sustainability. I became interested in growing my own food when I discovered Marjorie Wildcraft with The Grow Network which then introduced me to Justin Rhodes, The Permaculture Chicken guy. I have since started a mini homestead with 3 organic gardens and I am raising chickens this year. My neighbor's and I are now planning to start an organic community garden and get involved with the local farmers markets.
My goal is to empower people about how to avoid toxins and GMO's, use food and herbs as medicine, and how to use essential oils to reduce toxins in our homes.
